Processing Information
Pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter, also, "GDPR") and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, it is specified that Your personal data are collected and processed by Prima Industrie S.p.A., single-member company (hereinafter the "Company") as the Data Controller (hereinafter also the "Owner") who for this reason makes the information relating to the processing of Your personal data.
The Company informs You that it will process Your personal data collected on the www.primaindustrie.com site (hereinafter also the "Site") exclusively for the purposes indicated in this notice.

Type of personal data processed and purpose of the processing
1 – Contact
In this section, the Company collects Your personal and contact data, such as surname, company, company e-mail and country, functional to providing feedback to the requests You submitted by filling in the "Contact us" form regarding products, services, offers and the Company's sales and service network.
2 – Work with us
In this section, the Company collects Your personal data included in Your curriculum vitae or other documents sent by You to the Company to submit Your spontaneous application and allow the Company to carry out research, selection and evaluation of personnel.
3 - Newsletter and Marketing
In this section the Company collects Your personal and contact data, such as surname, company, country and company email, provided to the Company to request to be subscribed to the Prima Power newsletter, thus always staying up to date on the services and products offered by the Company, receiving newsletters and commercial communications, as well as advertising information relating to the products and services of the Company through automated or electronic tools including mail, e-mail, telephone and any other means.
Legal basis of the processing, nature of the provision of personal data and consequences of any refusal
The legal basis for the processing of Your personal data:
- for the purpose indicated in points 1 and 3 of the previous paragraph is Your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter a) of the GDPR.
- For the purpose indicated in point 2 of the previous paragraph, it is the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at Your request, pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter b) of the GDPR.
The provision of Your personal data for the purposes indicated in points 1, 2 and 3 is never mandatory, however, failure to provide or provide inaccurate personal data could prevent the Company from providing the requested service or product or could compromise the quality of the provision of the service or product requested, or it could prevent the Company from evaluating Your application.
Communication and dissemination of Your personal data
The processing of Your personal data will be carried out by the internal staff of the Data Controller as Authorized[1] based on their respective duties and skills, as well as by consultants and collaborators or trusted companies of the Data Controller as data processors, appointed pursuant to the article 28 of the GDPR.
Their list is constantly updated and is available, upon request, by sending a communication to the address indicated above or to the e-mail address dpo@primaindustrie.com .
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except in fulfillment of specific legal obligations.
Personal data will not be disclosed in any way.
Retention period of Your personal data
The Company will keep Your personal data for the time necessary to pursue the purposes described in this notice on the processing of personal data.
In particular, Your personal data processed for personnel selection purposes will be kept for no later than 6 months from the date of data collection.
Your personal data processed for marketing purposes will be kept until you revoke the consent previously given and in any case no later than 2 years from the date of registration.
Once the retention period of the personal data indicated has elapsed, these will be deleted or stored in a form that prevents the identification of the data subjects, without prejudice to the terms established by law or other applicable regulatory sources.
Your Rights
With reference to the personal data processed, the Company guarantees You the possibility of:
• obtain access to personal data concerning You and their copy in an intelligible form;
• obtain the updating, correction or integration of Your personal data;
• request the cancellation of Your personal data, within the terms established by the rules on the protection of personal data, or request that they be anonymised;
• object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning You;
• limit the processing, in case of violation, request for rectification or opposition;
• request the portability of personal data processed electronically, provided on the basis of consent or contract;
• withdraw consent to the processing of Your personal data, if required.
The interested party can submit his requests free of charge to the Company by sending an email to the following contact: dpo@primaindustrie.com .
In any case, the Company will provide You with a reply, in writing or in electronic format, within one month of Your request.
Please note that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal.
We also inform You that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, or the supervisory authority of the EU Member State in which You usually reside or work, or the place where it occurred the alleged violation.
[1] For the purposes of this information, the term "Authorized" means any "person authorized to process personal data under the direct authority of the Data Controller or manager" as provided for in Articles 4, number 10, and 29 of the GDPR.
